1. People needs just a bit encouragement and everyone matters, then you have a functional society 2. Take your own responsibility for yourself 3. Talk and listen only when needed 4. Become a monster or competent 5. Clean you bed and ask yourself what could you do to make my day today? 6. Need to have something to do or else you will become addicted and when you have a purpose 7. Yourself needs respected, trusted yourself, and everyone matters 8. Make the schedule and a reward system by negotiation with yourself 9. Take care of yourself a bit by bit and make a success criteria 10. Stop doing the things that you know are wrong 11. Consciousness: set some aims for you, turn into micro habits 12. Look at people to discover what is the meaning of life for you 13. you know clearly what you could do and want to do and need to do
